Delivery Methods and Charges

At Rogue8, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping options, charges, and policies.

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days (excluding Public Holidays).
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery Options and Charges

Romania

  1. Standard Delivery:

    • Cost: 25 LEI / 5.32 EUR
    • Free Shipping: For orders over 300 LEI / 60 EUR
    • Delivery Time: Minimum 24 hours, up to 6 working days
  2. Express Delivery:

    • Cost: 50 LEI / 10.60 EUR
    • Delivery Time: Within 48 hours

International Shipping

We collaborate with trusted shipping partners, including UPS, DPD, FedEx, and GLS, to ensure safe and timely delivery of international orders.

  • For Plain Deliveries (Australia, USA, and Europe): We use UPS Express Worldwide for fast and secure shipping.
  • For Terrain Deliveries (Europe): We use DPD, FedEx, and GLS for efficient ground shipping.

Delivery Charges:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • For international orders, please allow around 10 business days for your package to arrive.

Important Notes

  • During sale periods and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order through your account or the shipping confirmation email.

Exchanges

  • If the item you ordered does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for a different size within 30 days of the order date.
  • Conditions:
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    • The postage fee (for both shipping and returns) must be covered by the customer.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at me@rogue8.net.
  • Note: International exchanges are not available at this time.

Cancellations and Failed Deliveries

  • We reserve the right to stop sending orders to customers who have not fulfilled their financial or other obligations to ABOUTNESS S.R.L.
  • After several unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier, your order will be considered canceled, and the sales contract will be resolved.
  • Any payments made will be refunded to your bank account within 15 days of the cancellation.
