Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging, if available.
- Labels must remain attached to the product.
- Returns must include valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
- Items purchased with a discount greater than 50% (online*) or 20% (in-store) are non-returnable.
- *This includes situations where multiple promotional offers are combined. For example, if a product is discounted by 30% as part of a campaign, and the customer applies an additional 10% "welcome" discount and receives free shipping or other privileges at no cost, the cumulative value of these benefits may be considered part of the total discount. If the combined value of all applied discounts and benefits exceeds the stated thresholds, the item will be deemed non-returnable.

- Send the parcel via registered mail with a receipt.

Note: We do not accept unpaid or pay-as-you-ship parcels, and the cost of postage will not be covered by Rogue8.
Processing Time
- Refunds or size changes will be processed within 3 to 12 business days after the parcel reaches our store.
Important Notes on Returns

Non-Justifiable Returns Fee (5%):
- A 5% fee will apply to returns made for non-justifiable reasons (e.g., returning an "oversized" item despite clear product descriptions).
- Please review descriptions, photos, and videos carefully before purchasing.

Refunds for Refused Packages:
- If a package is refused without a valid reason, the following fees will apply:
- Delivery and return shipping costs.
- An additional 10% of the total order value.
- For free shipping orders, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
- For size or product exchanges:
- Follow the return steps above to send the original item.

SWAP Service (for Romania):
- For orders exceeding 300 Lei, the new item can be sent to you, and the old item handed to the courier at no extra cost.
Exceptions
- Delivery times may be longer during periods of discounts and promotions.
- Products purchased with discounts over 50% are non-returnable (clearly stated on product pages).
- In-store purchases during discounts are non-returnable.
Policy Exception: US Exports – Customs, Duties, and Tariffs
For all customers ordering from the United States:
We are committed to transparency and consistency in our international shipping policies. If you have previously ordered from us without encountering additional fees, please know our policy and dedication to our clients have not changed. Recent changes in US Customs regulations, including newly imposed duties, import taxes, and tariffs, are responsible for these extra charges. These fees are determined and collected by US authorities and, at times, by couriers such as UPS during delivery. These are not charges from ROGUE8, but standard procedures now enforced by your country’s customs regulations.
We understand this is a frustrating situation, but these fees are directly related to US customs regulations and are beyond our control.
What to Expect – Scenarios for US Orders

Scenario 1: Accepting the Package
If you choose to pay the customs fee, UPS will deliver your order as usual. This is the fastest and most cost-effective way to receive your purchase.

Scenario 2: Refusing the Package
If you refuse the package, most carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) will return it to us. According to international shipping conventions and carrier terms, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping, customs, and any handling fees will be deducted from your refund if the refusal was not due to a ROGUE8 error. This is standard practice in global e-commerce and is reflected in all major carriers’ terms of service.
Important: Cost-wise, paying the customs and import fees and accepting your order will almost always be a better option than refusing the package. If you refuse it, both the original and return shipping costs, plus any customs or handling fees, will be deducted from your refund—often leaving you with little or nothing back, and no products to enjoy.
We know these new tariffs are disappointing and frustrating, especially since they are imposed by US authorities and not by ROGUE8. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and want to assure you that we always strive for transparency and fairness. That’s why we’re happy to offer a reservation option to help you secure your favorite items. However, to ensure fairness and avoid any inconvenience for other clients, we’ve set a few simple rules for reservations:
