 We accept domestic returns up to 14 calendar days from purchase date for unworn or unused items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. This process it is accepted one time only during 1 month from the date of purchase. 


When exceeding the 1 time only return/ exchange request during 1 month ( calculated from the date of the first purchase), you will receive a voucher for shopping in our store, valid for 30 days from the moment the procedure starts, the refund will not be accepted anymore and exchange process will be replaced with the voucher until the validity ends. 




Pack the products well for safe delivery in their original packaging, if possible. All returns will be on your expense. On this email you have to write us and mention whether you want to change the size or want to reimburse, as well as the corresponding articles. 

For the "change" service, we will sustain the SWAP service ( we will deliver the NEW item, and when you receive the package, you will give to the shipper the OLD item). This type of return will be free of charge for you, if the value of the basket is above 300 Lei.  


To do this, go to the post office or other shipping company ( DPD, FUN CURIER, etc) and send the parcel by registered mail with a receipt.
Please note: in the case of postal returns, ROGUE8 will not accept any unpaid or pay-as-you-ship parcels and will not bear the cost of postage returns.
Size change or refund will be processed within 3 to 12 business days after the parcel reaches our store.



If you prefer another size, if you want to change the item with another model or color, you need to contact us. We will decide together which item will be sent to you in return.

For changing the product with another one with a higher value, ROGUE8 STORE can arrange a swap service , on our expense, valid only on the Romanian territory. The second product may be changed only on your expense.



Bear in mind that if you return your items to a store, your return details will be sent to our central offices, where the refund will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

During periods of discounts and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than normal. The discounted products bought and tried in store, cannot be changed anymore. The discounted products CANNOT BE CHANGED when they were bought and tried in store.

For the "One Size' Items, most of them are produces as a volumetric M/L but because of the cut, it suites perfectly to size S and almost without any stress to size XL.

Yes! We ship internationally, but not everywhere! The costs for shippment are very high on certain areas and unpredicteble and out of our forecast, because of the customs costs. 

But, you may create your order and live it into your 'abandoned cart'. You may send us an email to tell us where do you want to receive the package. We may calculate your cost based as well on your volume and vaue of the basket, and add the cost after we check all details. After all these steps, you may choose if you want the basked shipped or not. 

Please keep in mind your package may take a bit longer than expected due to customs.
