RETURNS
OUR POLICY IS GIVING ONLY THESE 2 OPTIONS FOR RETURN:

- exclusively in the shop;

- through delivery, while the shipping is covered by the client and the money will be transferred through the bank into the client's bank account.

We accept domestic returns up to 14 calendar days from purchase date for unworn or unused items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

1. READY FOR DELIVERY

Pack the products well for safe delivery in their original packaging, if possible, and attach the delivery notice. On this email you@rogue8.net you have to write us and mention whether you want to change the size or want to reimburse, as well as the corresponding articles.

2. LABEL

On the delivery note, you will see a label with the return address you must paste on the parcel.
If you do not find it in your parcel, send it to the following address:

3. SENDING THE PACKAGE

To do this, go to the post office and send the parcel by registered mail with a receipt.
Please note: in the case of postal returns, ROGUE8 will not accept any unpaid or pay-as-you-ship parcels and will not bear the cost of postage returns.
Size change or refund will be processed within 3 to 12 business days after the parcel reaches our store.

4. EXCHANGES

If you prefer another size, if you want to change the item with another model or color, you need to return the product and place another order.
