Delivery methods and charges
The delivery dates and charges depend on the type of delivery.

During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail.
You can always track your order through your account or the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is received. If you need help finding your tracking number or have further questions about shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Warning: We reserve the right to stop sending orders to people who have not fulfilled their pecuniary or other obligations to ABOUTNESS SRL.
After several unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier partner, your order will be considered canceled and the sales contract resolved rightfully. The return of the money that was paid to ABOUTNESS SRL. will be made within 15 days of the cancellation of the order in the client's bank account.

How will I know when my order ships?
We will send you an email including your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship everywhere in Romania and recently expanded internationally as well. We will use your recommendation for the delivery company.
For international orders, please allow around 10 business days for your package to arrive. The price for international shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on your country.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at email@example.com and we will try our best to solve the issue.
If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (Romania only| if still the item is in stock).
For International orders, please contact your local postal service for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages from international orders. Please note that Rogue8 is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
If the item ordered does not fit, we will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size within 30-days of the order date, if there are similar items available in stock. However, the postage fee (shipping fee each way) must be covered by the customer.
